The answer choice D is correct because as we become more active then our bodies have more of a demand for oxygen and as we intake more oxygen then it moves faster and more efficently throughout our bodies allowing it to reach all of our muscles

The choice that best represents a long-term benefit of cardiorespiratory fitness would be that it provides a more efficient delivery of oxygen to the muscles - D. This is very important if we're doing daily chores that are slightly difficult as it enables us to live our lives better.
