The table represents Winston’s elevation in feet in terms of the time in minutes he ascends. Assume that Wayne and Winston both ascend at a constant rate.

But i'm not sure which one out of these two -

Wayne ascends at a faster speed.

Winston ascends at a faster speed.

The awnser is NOT

Wayne and Winston ascend at the same speed.

Winston was deeper when he began ascending.

The function that represents Wayne´s elevation:
y = 30 x - 105
The function that represents Winston´s elevation:
- 100 = 0 m + b
b = -100
-16 = 3m - 100
3 m = 84
m = 84 : 3 = 28
y = 28 x - 100
Surface level: y = 0
Wayne:
0 = 30 x - 105
x = 3.5 minutes
Winston:
0 = 28 x - 100
x = 3.57 minutes
If they both ascend at the same rate, Wayne will be first to the surface.
