divide second equation by -3
3x+2y=1
other equatin is
3x+2y=1
since same equation, they are same line and lines are infinite so infinite solutions is answe

3x + 2y = 1...multiply by 3
-9x - 6y = 3
--------------
9x + 6y = 3 (result of multiplying by 3)
-9x - 6y = 3
-------------add
0 = 6 (incorrect)

no solution...these r parallel lines that never intersect
