What is South America? Like when you say I live in America, what if people think you live in the south but like you really live in North America? Like what is South America? What countries are there anyway? I need to write about it for this project. Please help.

South America is a continent, some major countries are Brazil, Argentina, Columbia, Peru etc

South America is a continent usually when saying where your from you would say the country so people don’t get confused
