Explanation:

Given: The total number of participants = 2000

The percents of participants were unsatisfied with the career guidance they were provided = 85%=0.85

Now, the number of were unsatisfied with the career guidance they were provided is given by :-


2000*0.85=1700

⇒ The number of were unsatisfied with the career guidance = 1700

⇒ The number of were satisfied with the career guidance =2000-1700=300

Hence, the number of were satisfied with the career guidance=300
