Let

c-------> the number of chores

we know that

3+2c \geq 13 --------> inequality

Solve for c

3+2c \geq 13\\2c \geq 13-3\\ 2c\geq10 \\ c\geq5

therefore

the answer is

The minimum number of chores that Janie must do is
5\ chores
