Multiply the first equation by two to get:
6x + 26y = -222
Subtract the equations from one another:
6x + 26y = -222
Subtract 6x + 15y = -123
This gives you:
11y = -99
So y = -9
Sub y = -9 into
3x + 13(-9) = -111
3x - 117 = -111
3x = 6
X = 2
