We can expand this expression using foil method (multiply first terms, outer terms, inner terms then last terms together):
(x+4)(x+6)
x^2 + 6x + 4x + 24
combine like terms
x^2 + 10x + 24

This is also the final simplified expression. It cannot be further expanded or simplified. Foil method is the easiest way to expand expressions.
