If it is a solution it would satisfy the equation 2x - 5y = 10
(0, -2). x = 0, y = -2
Left Hand side, LHS =2x - 5y
2*0 - 5*-2
0 + 10
10
This is equal to the Right Hand Side (RHS) of the equation.
LHS = RHS.
Yes (0, -2) is a solution to 2x - 5y = 10.
