x + y = 42 ...(sum of 2 integers is 42)
x = 4y - 3...(one is 3 less then 4 times the other)
4y - 3 + y = 42
5y = 45
y = 45/5
y = 9
x = 4y - 3
x = 4(9) - 3
x = 36 - 3
x = 33
the integers are : 33 and 9
