a house builder builds flats & houses in a ratio of 2:5 if he builds 10360 properties how many flats is that?

f : h = 2 : 5

Sum of ratio = 2 + 5 = 7.

For flats, f = 2. So fraction of flats = 2/7

Number of flats = 2/7 * 10360

= 2960

So flats are 2960.
