The gradient is 5/6 so if this is plugged into an equation along with one of the points.

y - b = m(X-a)
y - 2 = 5/6 (X-4)
6y - 12 = 5 (X-4)
6y - 12 = 5x - 20
6y - 5x - 8 = 0
