Although the U.S. population is aging, why is the country unlikely to suffer from a labor shortage?

The US is unlikely to suffer from labor shortage because of the large immigration quotas that the country has and that are necessary. Thanks to the diversity in the country and the constant income of young people willing to work, there will be no labor force shortage.
