Ugh i have seven more questions and I've gotten two wrong, i cant get more wrong, and i don't know if this is right? Ms. Sardelis said we must, "absolutely and without delay" turn in our permission slips by tomorrow or we can't go on the class trip.

No, this is not correct, It should look like this:

Ms. Sardelis said we must, "absolutely and without delay", turn in our permission slips by tomorrow or we can't go on the class trip.

A comma is missing right next to (delay")
