1 gallon is equal to 16 cups.
Since Chase made 2 gallons of soup, multiply 16 x 2.
Chase made 32 cups of soup.
If he served 15 cups of soup to his guests, he will have 17 cups of soup left over, because 32 - 15 = 17.
