Now, it is decreased by 3=
(2)/(5)x-3

We have to find the expression if the number is 25.

To find the value of expression we will substitute x= 25 in the expression.

The expression is given by

Substitute x=25

Then, we get


(2)/(5)* 25-3=10-3=7

Hence, the value of expression if the number is 25=7
