Well, this is my type of answer.
30+60min=90min(history+english)
1/4=maths
3/4=history+english
90min/3=30min(his math homework)

Answer:

(1)/(4) (30+60+x)=x

Explanation:

Here, x represents the number of minutes Hiroshi spent on math homework,

Given,

The number of minutes he spent on history = 30,

And, the number of minutes he spent on english = 60,

Thus, the total number of minutes he spent on the above three subjects = 30 + 60 + x

According to the question,

1/4th of the total time in all subject homework = Time on math homework

\implies (1)/(4) (30+60+x)=x

Which is the required equation.
