The total number of crikets after 2 years will be
2,000.
Calculation:
250 crickets = 3 months
2 years = 24 months
24 months / 3 months = 8 months
8 months x 250 crickets = 2,000 crickets after 2 years

Confused with a question. Will upvote! Suppose a population of 250 crickets doubles in size every 3 months. How many crickets will there be after 2 years? Would it be 4,000 crickets or 64,000 crickets?
