D is the correct answer. Dynamics are to do with the volume of the music. A fermata is a pause on a note, a dot increases the length of the note by half the duration again (for example, it increases the length of a crotchet, a one beat note, by a quaver, a half beat note) and a tie lengthens a note by tying it to another note.
