I believe that the most fitting answer for this question would be Napoleon Bonaparte. Bonaparte was a French military leader who rose to power during the French Revolution. He was also Emperor from 1804 to 1814. He brought many reforms to the land that he controlled and implemented different policies throughout the world. Hope this helps.
