(4 x^(2) +20x+25)/(2x+5) \\ ((2x+5)(2x+5))/(2x+5) \\ 2x+5

Simplified, it is equal to 2x+5.

To get your answer, you factor the numerator. Then, when you get (2x+5)²/(2x+5), you cancel out one of the 2x+5 in the numerator with the one in the denominator and get your answer.

Hope this helps!

( 4x^(2)+20x+25 )/(2x+5)
Factoring numerator;

( 4x^(2)+10x+10x+25 )/(2x+5)

(2x(2x+5)+5(2x+5))/(2x+5)

((2x+5)+(2x+5))/(2x+5)
=2x+5
