(04.01 MC) Randy used to have poor health. Recently, he has lost a lot of weight and has started feeling much better, but he doesn't know which of his life changes contributed to the improvement. Which change most likely helped Randy get better health?

the reason why he was loosing a lot of weight was because his new diet led to improve his health .He probably feels more active and has no issues with junk food ? I hope this helped a little

He started getting a full night of restful sleep.

Long-term sleep deprivation also increases your risk for chronic illnesses like diabetes and heart disease. It also can lead to some mental health and even weight issues like in Randy’s case.
