Given a regular polygon with five sides , how many congruent triangles can you dissect the polygon into using the center point and two adjacent vertices of the polygon ? how about a regular polygon with seven sides

The number of congruent triangles formed from dissecting the polygon using the center point and two adjacent vertices is equal to the number of sides of the polygon. Therefore, for the a polygon with five sides, five congruent triangles are formed and seven for the polygon with seven sides.
