I am not sure what the information you are referring to is, but I can tell you the format of MLA citations. In every MLA citation, you must start with the name of your author, starting with their last name. For example, if your author's name is Joe Smith, the citation would read "Smith, Joe." If your source has no direct author, you would start with the title instead. Hope this helps.
