Answer:

Slope of the line is
m=(1)/(4)

Explanation:

Given : A line in the Cartesian plane passes through the points A
(x_1,y_1)=(1,3) and B
(x_2,y_2)=(5,4)

To find : The slope of line

Formula used :

Slope formula of two points →
m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Now, put the values in formula

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

m=(4-3)/(5-1)

m=(1)/(4)

Therefore, the slope of the line is
m=(1)/(4)
