Some people may like the idea because if you miss a day of work you can get deductions off your paycheck and even loose your job, if they have the microchips in their hand there will be solid evidence they were there working for the hours they are there to do. Others may not like it because they see it as violating our human rights. They can then see everything we are doing, where we go, what we do, and when we do it. I personally think we should not have microchips in our hands because I dont want people knowing what im doing every second of my personal life. And if I was an employer I dont want to know what my employees are doing in their personal life.
