The fifth term is t1 + 4d, where d is the common difference. Therefore we can write:
0 + 4d = 16
When you have solved for the value of d, just add zero and the value of d to find the second term.

Answer: Third option is correct.

Explanation:

Since we have given that

t_1=0\\\\t_5=16

Since they are in A.P., so it becomes,

t_5=0+(5-1)d\\\\t_5=4d\\\\16=4d\\\\d=(16)/(4)\\\\d=4

So, second term of an A.P. would be

t_2=0+(2-1)* 4\\\\t_2=0+4\\\\t_2=4

Hence, Third option is correct.
