Based on the given data we could have an equation that expresses as 2x - z + 1 > 0. It is express in that way because it states that x-term has a coefficient of 2 which means that x times 2. Then the z-term has a coefficient of -1 which means that z times -1 but when a variable has 1 as its coefficient it is okay to put the variable only.
