You would have to measure the side lengths of the classroom then use the normal formulas to find area and perimeter of a rectangle or square
(A= l•w)
(P=l+l+w+w)
Only use those formulas if the room is a regular rectangle or square.

Answer:

Perimeter : This is defined as the total measurement of all the sides of any closed figure. As given, it is a classroom, so the shape of the classroom should be either square or rectangle.

Perimeter of a rectangle is = 2(length+width)

Perimeter of a square is = 4*side length

Area is defined as the number of unit squares that can be contained in a closed figure.

So, area of a rectangle is given as = length*width

Area of a square is given as = side length*side length.

In general, the classrooms have these shapes only.
