First, locate the coordinate points given and join them.

Then, do the translation:

(x,y) = (x-9,y )

C' = (1-9 , 6 ) = (-8,6)

A'= (1-9,1) = (-8,1)

T'= (7-9 , 1 ) = ( -2,1)

Graph:

Finally reflect in x axis

(x,y )----> (x,-y)

C'' = (-8,-6)

A''= (-8,-1)

T''= (-2,-1)

Graph:
