Answer:
Y = (0, -13)
X = (2.6,0)
Explanation:
5 * 0 -13 = y
y = 0 - 13
y = -13
(0, -13)
X = 0 = 5x - 13
13 = 5x
13/5 = 13/5 = 2.6
X(2.6,0)

the slope is m= -5/13 and the y-intercept is b=1. so if you put it in slope-intercept form, it would be y= (-5/13)x+1
