Power:
P= A/t
A = F · h = m · g · h
P = m · g · h / t, m = 7.5 kg, g = 9.81 m/s², h = 8.2 m, t = 1800 s
P = 7.5 · 9.81 · 8.2 / 1800 =
0.335 W
