If the probability of a win is 0.02, and the probability of a draw is 0.8, what is the probability of a loss?

i have asked this once before and the person who answered was very bad and didn't help me. Please help and tell me how to work it out. :)

A probability is a number between zero and one.

There are 3 options win, lose or draw.
This means that (win + loss + draw = 1)

From the information given you know:
Win = 0.02
Draw = 0.8

So: 0.02 + loss + 0.8 = 1
Therefor loss = 1 - 0.8 - 0.02
loss = 0.18
final answer ^

Hope this helps, let me know if you don't get any of it!
