y= 3/4x - 2 (-2,10)= (x1,y1)
The slope is -4/3 of the perpendicular line:
Then:
y-y1=m(x-x1)
y-10=(-4/3)(x+2)
y=-(4/3)x -8/3 +10
y= -(4/3)x +22/3 (That's the answer)
