The correct answer is C. There are many solutions. For this is a linear equation, there will be many y possibilities per x. The value of x determine the value of y or the number of solutions for this equation. For example, if x = 0, y = -1. If x = 1, y = 3. If x = 2, y = 7. Linear graphs extend without no end or until positive and negative infinity.
