k^2 +19k +60 = (k+4)(k+15) and we know that area of a rectangle is given by the product of the length and width

so in this way result that bc. area equal (k+4)(k+15) where k+15 mean the length of rectangle so in this way result that k+4 mean the width of rectangle and hence the choice B. is right sure
