f(x) = sqrt(3x+7)
g(x) = sqrt(3x-7)

(f+g)(x) = sqrt(3x+7) +sqrt(3x-7)

Answer:

(f+g)(x)= √(3x+7) + √(3x-7)

Explanation:

f(x)= √(3x+7)

g(x)= √(3x-7)

we need to find (f+g)(x)

(f+g)(x)= f(x) + g(x)

replace f(x) and g(x) expressions

(f+g)(x)= f(x) + g(x)=
√(3x+7) + √(3x-7)

both square root have different terms inside the root

so we cannot add square root terms.

(f+g)(x)= √(3x+7) + √(3x-7)
