y=-(2)/(5)x-3

To plot the graph, we will use the intercepts to obtain two points on the line and connect these two point.

When x = 0

y = (-2/5) (0) - 3

y = 0 - 3

y = -3

First point = (0, -3)

When y = 0

0 = (-2x/5) - 3

(2x/5) = -3

Cross multiply

2x = 5 (-3)

2x = -15

Divide both sides by 2

(2x/2) = (-15/2)

x = -7.5

Second point = (-7.5, 0)

The two points are (0, -3) and (-7.5, 0). The graph is attached below

Hope this Helps!!!
