FOIL = First, Outside, Inside, Last
First - 2x*2x^2
Outside - 2x*(-5)
Inside - 3*2x^2
Last - 3*(-5)
Putting all of this together, we get 2x*2x^2 + 2x*(-5) + 3*2x^2 + 3*(-5), which would be option B
