Looking at the given triangles, we can see that

Angle A is congruent to angle E(both have single curve inside)

Angle B is congruent to angle F(both have double curve inside)

Side BC is congruent to side FD.

Thus, two angles are congruent while on side congruent.

Therefore,

Angle ABC is congruent to angle EFD

The method is Angle Angle Side(AAS)

In order to map triangle ABC to triangle EFD, the transformation that would be done is Rotation
