Trees are considered renewable because they can be replenished by planting new one's or through reforestation in a very short period of time. This is unlike gold for example which once it's supply is fully depleted then it would take close to forever to replenish.

Answer:

Renewable resources are those which are produced at a rate similar to that of utilizing them.

They are considered as inexhaustible as they are present in enormous quantity.

Similarly, trees can be grown again at a fast rate if they are not exploited.

For example, afforestation can result in the growth of the forest.

This is why they are considered as renewable resources.
