I believe the answer is: Calcium, protein, vitamin A, and vitamin D

Both vitamin D and calcium would provide necessary nutrient to keep our bones and teeth strong with good density. Vitamin A is really good to maintain the function of our eye sight,. while protein is good in to build muscle mass after high intensity workout
