$x-\ Gus\\ y-\ Nico\\z-\ Emma\\\\x-4=y\\z=2y\\z=16\\\\ y=(z)/(2)=(16)/(2)=8\\ x=y+4=8+4=12\\\\ Gus\ sky\ dived\ 12\ times\ and\ Nico\ 8\ times.$
