Answer: Cone

Explanation:

A polygon is any 2-dimensional shape which is formed with straight lines. Fr example : quadrilateral, triangle etc.

1) A cone is a three-dimensional geometric shape that has a circular base,

And, circular base is not a polygon, that's why it is not constructed completely from polygon.

2) An Octahedron is a polyhedron with eight faces, twelve edges, and six vertices and it can be formed by polygons.

3) A prism is also a polyhedron having two parallel faces which are called bases. In which, The other faces are always parallelograms.

It is always formed by polygons.

4) A pyramid is a polyhedron that has a base that can be any polygon, and three or more than three triangular faces which meet at a point.
