Ok so If 2 of those shapes make one then to find out how many it would need to make 4 you can do this 1 =2 shapes 2 = 4 shapes 3 = 6 shapes 4 = 8 shapes or in this case 2 * 4 = 8 so your answer is 8

You know that you need two already to make one hexagon. So, if you multiply, or add two four times, 2+2+2+2, you would get eight.
