The answer is A. This is because you need to find the perimeter so you do 5.2+5.2=10.4 and 9.75+9.75=19.5 and then add 10.4+19.5 which equals 29.9.

the answer is A because 5.2x2 is 10.4
9.75x2=19.5
19.5+10.4 = 29.9
