What was the tipping point for the French Revolution actually starting?

well they were all poor and starving but really it was the lavish spending or the kings and queens in power also the nobles but when they taxed the bread and the queen hosted a party (mind u she never said let them cake sadly) and spent over 30 times a normal mans wages for a year on a single meal the revolion had begun
