Since you didn't give any table or data set to let me help you get the correct answer, I'll just go ahead and discuss skewness and how to determine it.

When you graph the data, you look at the form of the distribution. Since skewness is the assymetry of the distribution, then a normal distribution will have a symmetrical form. A positive skew is when the tail leans to the positive side (and the opposite when it's a negative skew).
