y = ¹/₆x + 4
Perpendicular Slope: -6
y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)
y - y₁ = -6(x - x₁)

The slope is "1/6"
The equation is in the form of y = mx + c
Where m is the slope.
Since 1/6 is in the place of m, 1/6 is the slope
I hope this helped :D
