On travelling west:
Velocity = distance / time = 15 km / 10 min
Velocity = 1.5 km per minute
On travelling east:
Velocity = distance / time = 15 km / 5 min
Velocity = 3 km per minute
Average velocity:
(1.5 + 3)/2 = 2.25 km per minute
